Farmaonline is an e-commerce platform of the pharmaceutical heading.
The project consisted of the UX / IU site redesign with the aim of optimizing the purchase experience, modernizing the interface and improving the quality perception of the digital product.
The focus was set on two critical areas of the Journey:
The purchase process in the cart
The search and navigation of products by category
The work combined experience design, visual redesign and key flow optimization to achieve a clearer, faster and more reliable experience.

Unclear cart process with unnecessary steps.
Difficulty finding specific products.
Navigation by confused and unhierarchical categories.
Unupdated visual interface, which did not transmit confidence or quality.
