Innos is a digital health application that connects in the same ecosystem to patients, medical professionals and pharmacies, centralizing the management of consultations, recipes and orders.
The project consisted of the complete definition of user experience (UX) and interface design (IU) from scratch, accompanying the whole process of product design: from the first sketches, through validations with real users, to the continuous iteration of the interactive prototype.
The traditional medical care system had multiple friction:
Lack of integration between patient, doctor and pharmacy.
Fragmented processes for consultations, recipes and orders.
Difficulty in accessing centralized clinical information.
Undigital and unintuitive experiences for users.
Need to validate the product with different profiles (patients, doctors and pharmacies) before climbing.
It was key to design a solution simple, reliable and usable, which could be adapted to different types of users within the same product.
Establishment of the first sketches and navigation flows.
Definition of complete Journey for patients, professionals and pharmacies.
Design of a clear architecture that connects different roles.
Key functionalities: messaging, professionals, medical history, recipes and orders.
Implementation of the branding created specifically for Innos.
Design of a modern, clear and accessible interface.
Use of a visual identity consisting of the entire application.
Components designed for scalability and reuse.
Tests with doctors and actual patients.
Validation of the product by a interactive prototype.
Continuous iterations based on real feedback.
Adjustments in flows, hierarchies and usability to improve experience.
Definition of a integral user experience for a complex product.
Early validation of the product with real users.
Risk reduction before development.
Clear and understandable flows for different profiles.
Interactive prototype ready to evolve to development.
UX and IU solid base for climbing the platform.
The project made it possible to transform a complex idea into a clear, functional and validated digital experience, aligned to both user needs and business objectives.
